Location

The location is 25 km (20 miles) west of Dubrovnik, closest is the village of Slano which is 5 km east of the apartments. Your stay at unique apartments is just few meters from the sea, which describes this location as an amazing and magnificent position rarely seen on the Dubrovnik Riviera. From you balcony or terrace you will have a far and wide view of the Dubrovnik archipelago of islands of Lopud, Sipan, Kolocep and Jakljan.

Villa Ratac is located at a beach-front position, ideal for those that love sea and the sun, that enjoy relaxing in quiet and peaceful surroundings of Mediterranean flora and fauna. The location is quiet, it’s a place for awakenings with the sounds of sea and. Our beach-front location is perfect for those that enjoy exploring the Dalmatian coast through diving, windsurfing or kayaking.

From Villa Ratac you are 20 minutes away from Ston, the gastronomy center of Croatia. There is a bus station just near the villa where bus number 15 takes you to Ston. Also, this bus station is the home for bus number 12, which takes us to Dubrovnik or Slano. The bus ride to Dubrovnik main bus station is 30 minutes long. Driving by car to Dubrovnik Old Town is 20 minutes long.

From Airport

If you are arriving here through the Dubrovnik Airport please contact us organize an airport transfer. We are pleased to offer a transfer service from Dubrovnik Airport to Villa Ratac (€40 per car, one way). Guests who wish to take advantage of this offer should please send us their flight details. Our driver would meet guests at the domestic or international arrivals with a name board to assist with luggage. If you prefer alternate transfer please contact us or call us on + 385 99 526 3114.

By Car

   If you are arriving here by your own car:

   1. while driving along the Adriatic coast from north (Split) to south (Dubrovnik) on the Adriatic road you will pass the village of Slano (30 km before Dubrovnik). After Slano you will then have only 5 minutes along the Adriatic road (in direction of Dubrovnik) when you will see a sign Villa Ratac on the right side of the road. Park at the parking near the sign.

   2.while driving along the Adriatic coast from south (Dubrovnik) to north (Split) on the Adriatic road you will pass the villages of Zaton, Orašac, Trsteno and Brsečine. After passing Brsečine you will then have only 5 minutes more along the Adriatic road when you will see the sign Villa Ratac on the left side of the road. Park at the parking near the sign.
